Verena and Michael Schneider-Christians are the landlords of this beautiful new vacation condominium at Banyan Trace in Cape Coral. We are originally from South Africa and Germany respectively. We moved to Cape Coral from Germany in 1985, after visiting once for a few days in 1979. We immediately were impressed by the location and future of this fast growing city.

Our move proved to be a good one and both our daughters’ love it here as well.
